TNA First Call End user feedback


This milestone report includes the first version of the guidelines and recommendations provided by the End Users funded by the First Trans-national Access (TNA) call launched by FixO3 in June 2014. The results will be published on the FixO3 web site, and to gather the information, End Users were asked to provide their feedback as participants of the call through a questionnaire. Answers and conclusions are included in this report. A second TNA call opened in May 2015, the final evaluation of which ended recently. A further update of this version will be produced at a later stage, when the opinions from the End Users of the 2nd call can be included.
